Interest Groups (SIGs), launched to discuss a common interest in
a particular topics.

Celeste M. Combs, Chief Experience Officer - The Experience Group
Ms. Combs, a customer experience guru and thought
leader, founded The Experience Group to help businesses improve
and achieve a high quality customer experience. Through her contributions,
clients better realized marketing, product, sales and CRM project
goals.
She previously held position as Vice President, Customer
Experience at Infopop Corporation where she launched several new
products, managed customer support, customer research and assured
product usability. She is an award-winning collaborator that has
contributed to dozens of products and services over the last 15
years and worked with small and large firms around the country.
