CRMA Northwest/Seattle is a member-driven, non-profit organization of professionals who share an intense interest in the Customer Relationship Management area. We analyze and discuss the trends, developments, and direction of the CRM business area. We are vendor neutral.

History of CRM Association

CRMA Northwest/Seattle is a chapter of the Customer Relationship Management Association (CRMA). CRM Association was founded in March 2000. CRMA launched its first chapter in Atlanta, under the name "CRMSouthEast", in May 2000. CRMA is in the early stages of launching chapters all over United States.
